I'm originally from Lisbon but I've made Trás-os-Montes, Coimbra and now Nazaré my home.

Discovering new things, experiencing the unknown, getting to know different places, people and realities is something that fascinates me. I move in curiosity, in discovery - this in my life and with the people I accompany. Each story, each detail, is unique and I try, through active listening, compassion, empathy and a therapeutic relationship, to embark on each process and help each person to live a meaningful, lighter and healthier life. I consider myself a pragmatic person with a sense of humor. I'm passionate about human behavior and the human mind, just as I'm passionate about learning, which is why I try every day to develop and invest in my training to guarantee my greater purpose - to help others.

My professional career was born and has been growing ever since at Sea Yourself, where, in addition to psychology consultations, I run groups and awareness-raising activities focused on promoting Mental Health and Personal Development.

Full member of the Portuguese Psychologists' Association, Master in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapies, Advanced Specialization in Addictive Behaviours and Dependencies, EMDR Therapist.
