LEONARDO SILVÉRIO

My name is Leonardo Silvério and I'm a clinical psychologist. My professional career began in 2016 and has spanned various contexts and populations, enabling me to get to know the human being and their complexity at different stages of the life cycle, especially adulthood and old age.

My work focuses on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (namely Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy) and Clinical Constructivism, with training in Narrative Therapies and Internal Family Systems.

As a native from Nazaré, I have always taken advantage of my peaceful setting, the beach, to reflect on life, people and their behavior. I found in psychology indispensable tools for growing and developing as a human being, and now I can use my knowledge, which is constantly being updated, to offer others the beauty of change and personal growth.

I am a full member of the Order of Portuguese Psychologists, with professional registration number 22972. I am a psychotherapist in training with the Portuguese Society of Constructivist Psychotherapies. Level I training in Internal Family Systems.
