Self-esteem is a key element for our well-being and emotional balance. Low self-esteem is often a predictor of several Mental Health problems and as such should not be neglected.
To combat the growing disinvestment we have been noticing in society when it comes to self-care, during the month of November we prepared an online therapy group with daily challenges, supported by science and with the ease that they can be done at one's own pace.
This program included a class on self-esteem and access to a Telegram community where for 28 days challenges and activities were launched and the results discussed as a group.
